I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the New Orleans area for the past 9 years. I have experience in helping clients with substance use disorders, Bipolar, depression, psychotic disorders, anxiety and trauma. I also have experience working with clients with self-image issues, parenting issues and family issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Although I have worked with many clients throughout my career, I love being able to work with each individual on their specific needs and goals. I love being able to see and assist each individuals journey through the counseling process. I am here to help you, whether that be a pair of ears to listen, brainstorming together and exploring solutions, challenging beliefs, teaching or giving homework. I believe YOU are the expert on YOU and I am here to assist you in reaching the goals you want to accomplish.
