I am licensed in Florida with 15 years of professional work experience. My professional repertoire includes facilitating support groups and individual counseling for LGBTQ+ adolescents, Family Counseling, Couples Therapy and most recently Care Management for older adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. There is no greater investment than your mental health. Your relationship with yourself is by far the most significant and long-lasting.
