Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Florida with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-worth, and body image struggles. I utilize integrative techniques from a variety of therapeutic modalities with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

My therapeutic style is open, understanding, and empathetic. I listen non-judgmentally and will do my best to help you build resilience, self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I encourage my clients to play an active role as we explore areas of focus and address challenges, uncovering their potential to lead a more fulfilling life.

At times we become stuck in old habits, patterns and fears that do not serve us anymore and get in the way of our authentic and meaningful connection with ourselves and others, keeping us from feeling inner peace and happiness.
