Hello! My name is Samantha Thomaston and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia with over 20 years of counseling experience from a diverse background. I have worked in the state mental health system and briefly in the private sector providing counseling in a variety of settings addressing various clinical issues. I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of West Georgia. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy and some mindfulness techniques, but my skills will be modified to meet your specific, individual needs. My personality is warm and genuine, and I smile often.
