About

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in the state of Pennsylvania with a little over 4 years of experience working as a marriage and family therapist. I am trained in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and I am certified in Prolong Exposure (PE). I have worked with individuals, teens, and families with a wide range of concerns including, PTSD, depression, anxiety, life changes, ADHD, and family/parenting problems. I have also helped individuals, teens, and children who have experienced physical, sexual, emotional abuse and other types of trauma.

My style of therapy pulls from various therapy models to find what works best for you as the client and I am very client centered. One of my biggest goals is to offer you a safe and supportive space to open up in and to also make sure you feel seen and heard in therapy. I can also reassure you, that therapy will go at the pace you are most comfortable with. I always encourage my clients to be honest and open with me about how they are feeling and their experiences in therapy and outside of it
