About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 6 years of experience working with individuals with substance abuse, including individuals who are incarcerated. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, self esteem, as well as unresolved trauma.

My counseling style is conversational and interactive- I do not want you to feel stifled or like there is anything you can't say to me. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity, and I pride myself on unfaltering honesty as I believe it is the cornerstone of good communication.
