I specialize in working with children and adolescents, using developmentally appropriate treatment methods. I have multiple years of experience working with individuals and families dealing with a variety of life issues including trauma, foster care/adoption, anger management, anxiety, self-esteem, and other behavioral issues. I provide parents with evidence-based parenting strategies to promote the parent-child attachment and healthy development of the child.
I am trained in several models including Child Centered Play Therapy, Theraplay, Parent Child Relationship Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct (MATCH) and Conscious Discipline. I offer individualized treatment plans to best meet the needs of your child and family.
