Hello! I'm Ryann, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I've seen firsthand how significantly someone's life can change when their unmet needs, attachment wounds, traumatic experiences, and/or chronic nervous system activation are identified, validated, and addressed in therapy.
