Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a Mental Health Counselor licensed in the State of New York. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, familial/other relationship issues, gender identity, racial identity, and intersectionality. As a therapist, I like to cultivate a safe and brave space for each person to explore, holistically, the reason they've come to therapy. My approach draws from various theoretical orientations, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, rational emotive, and client-centered counseling in order to create an individualized plan that will help you identify the effective skills and tools you need in order to achieve your personalized goals. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I'm passionate about empowering my clients to break free from the maladaptive patterns and beliefs that have acted as barriers to personal growth. Let's work together to challenge negative distortions that are not benefiting you. Let's work together to identify your strengths and recognize how much control you actually have over your life.
