About
Hailing from New England, I received my Master’s of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Antioch University, completed my Doctorate in Human Development with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Virginia Tech, and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Integrated Behavioral Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Prior to launching private practice, I held academic faculty positions within a family medicine residency program as Director of Behavioral Health and Clinical Assistant Professor. I remain active in academics as I currently hold the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Arizona State University in the College of Health Solutions. From clinical work to research to policy to advocacy, I consistently leverage my passion and expertise to ensure equity and excellence in holistic, therapeutic care for clients. To bring calm to my ever-evolving world, I am a CrossFit athlete and enjoy mentoring not only up-and-comers in the field but underserved youth through community philanthropy. Extracurriculars keep me busy but I most enjoy traveling the world and spending time with my fiancé.
