Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) and a Professional Counselor (PC) with over 4 years of experience in the state of Nebraska. When you look at your life do you see a history of difficult relationships, hopelessness, or are you searching for a purpose? As a therapist, I believe that everyone has strengths, the ability to find joy, and have meaningful relationships all while working through pain and anxiety. I work with individuals, couples, and families challenged with relationship and family conflict, depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues. I specialize in Emotionally Focused therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and heavily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
