My style of therapy is one of encouragement, acceptance and validation. I never judge any situation. I have worked for over a decade with diverse populations and am rarely shocked by circumstances that led someone to seek care. The most important thing to remember is that you are here and now is when you got here.

My approach combines solution focused and existential therapies. I will tailor treatment plan to fit your needs and adapt with techniques that are right for you.
