Hello! My name is Rosana and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Alaska and Oklahoma with a little over 3 years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients who have been victims of crime, children and families involved in foster care, geriatrics, and service members and their families. All of whom have had a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, military life stressors, medical issues, and physical and emotional trauma.

I have experience working with culturally diverse individuals in grief/loss, challenges related to divorce and separation, multi-cultural concerns with a focus on border region issues as it pertains to health and immigration issues, prejudice and discrimination, and chronic mental illness.

My therapy style is compassionate, and client centered. I believe in meeting everyone where they're at and the right to self-determination. It is important for me to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity and provide a judgement free zone conducive for emotional growth. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral therapy. Together we will develop your treatment plan to address your specific needs and goals.
