I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from NNU in 2011. I work with adults and have helped individuals meet their goals for more than 5 years. Depression and anxiety have been a major focus for many of my clients but I have also helped individuals in relationship issues and some more major mental illness such as paranoia and PTSD. For the last several years I have been working for the VA. I also have experience helping individuals cope with work stress.
My therapy style is conversational and I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I look forward to working with you.
