I have been a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for five years and have had the privilege of counseling people from various ethnic groups, backgrounds, and ages. I have come along side people who have struggled with disorders such as, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, PTSD resulting from sexual and/or physical abuse, ADHD, Parenting Issues, Grief, Recovery from Divorce, Bipolar, anger management issues, low self-esteem and more.

I am empathetic and non-judgmental while listening to my clients vent their concerns. I give practical feedback, sometimes using appropriate illustrations and even humor. Often, my co-counselor, Coco my dog is used in these illustrations. I offer a treatment plan tailored to meet your specific needs. I do not believe in putting “Band-Aids” on deep wounds, so I exercise patience in helping you work through your emotional struggles. I applaud you for pushing past any stigma that would prevent you from receiving the help you desire and deserve and look forward to meeting with you.
