It’s essential for me that my clients get personalized services to ensure the most effective treatment. Rather than using the same modality for every individual, I create an individualized treatment plan for each client. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). My goal as a behavioral health provider is to help my clients achieve the life they want to live regardless of what difficulties they maybe experiencing. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
