Hello there, I am a license clinical social worker, licensed in the state of California. I have 10 years of experience working both as a case manager and a therapist. I have worked with a wide rate of clients and helped them manage or reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety ,relationship issues, family issues, grief and loss, stress related to work or school, lgbt issues.
I work with multiple approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, solution focused therapy and strengths based. I am here to help you in your journey. My approach to therapy comes from a CBT stance where both you and I are going to work on goals that are important for you to achieve and I can guide you along the way to reach them.
