I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado with 26 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My experience is varied and across multiple settings, as I have provided individual and family therapy in community mental health settings and treatment facilities. I believe that we are all products of our closest relationships, our environment, our family systems and our choices. I strive to treat the therapeutic relationship, and you, with compassion, respect and warmth.

A top priority for me is to meet you where you are and calibrate treatment and my approach to what will work best for us as we work together to meet your goals.
