About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos with bachelor's in psychology in 2013, then went on to earn her Graduate Degree in Forensic Psychology from University of Houston-Victoria in 2017. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, client centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I have extensive experience working with adults who experience anxiety and stress, depression, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, motivation, anger management, substance use, and grief. I work to empower clients to attain their goals and live a healthier life. My goal as a therapist is to help you recognize the tools you have within you and to teach you those you have yet to discover, so that life can become more manageable. My counseling style is to meet each individual where they are to create a safe and judgment free environment. I am passionate about helping clients work their goals and address any barriers along the way.
