About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. I have worked in the mental health field, inpatient, outpatient, and private practice for over 12 years. My expertise is related to working with individuals that experience hardships such as divorce, grief, etc, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, etc. I specialize in working with all ages who are struggling with any form of trauma. My therapeutic lens is person-centered and humanistic, in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide them through inner knowing, interpersonal changes, and healing. My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their fullest potential, healing inner child wounding and trauma, and regaining a new perspective on life. Life is about change and some changes are more difficult to navigate than others. When we are stressed, anxious, or depressed, it is a sign that our lives are out of balance. My focus is on providing a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and compassionate space for adults, couples, and families to share their experiences and to help navigate through some more difficult life changes [positive or negative]; to create more balance in your life. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to make changes to improve their lives, find purpose, and meaningful fulfillment.
