Welcome and thank you for taking the time to consider me as your Find A Therapist therapist! I’m here to provide the help you need to make changes in your mental health to achieve the quality of life that you’ve been searching for.

I have invested a lot of myself into learning many different therapy methods so that I have the most effective strategies to address the presenting problem. Sometimes it can be tough to convince the brain to go along with what we want it to do; I just know the evidence based techniques to help make that happen. My approach to therapy isn’t so much to get you feeling better temporarily at the moment, but more to actually resolve the issues, thoughts, and patterns that repetitively occur so you don’t have to deal with them in the future. The short version is: do you want to talk about it, or do you want to fix it?
