I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/School Psychologist with more than 25 years of experience. I have worked with women who have had career issues, parenting issues and trauma. My counseling style is interactive and I form a partnership with the client to develop a treatment plan and achieve goals. Your plan will be specifically tailored to meet your needs. I employ cognitive-behavior, humanistic and mindfulness counseling techniques. It is not easy to seek treatment in the hopes of improving your mental health. I look forward to working with you.
