My experience has been working with adults who have overcome trauma - both with a little "t" and a big "T" so suffice it to say that there is little that I have not heard - which I think has helped me to become a non-judgmental, empathic listener. The answers to life's difficulties reside within each one of us; it is only a matter of discovery. The therapy hour is solely devoted to your progress. It can be cathartic, challenging, funny, insightful, but most importantly it is an active collaboration.
