Hello, my name is Dr. Gregory Dillon. During these historic times, I hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy! Thank you for being courageous and having the self awareness to consider the benefits of counseling!

My purpose is to walk with you as you determine what barriers are hindering your continued growth and the necessary principles that will motivate you to take the next positive steps in your life.

Through the unavoidable pain, through the struggles of life, the question many struggle with is, are we where we are supposed to be. However, more than questioning where we are supposed to be, the focus should be are you where you want to be and if not, what steps, actions, and changes can get you there.

This is where counseling is fundamentally purposeful. Knowing yourself is the foundation of strong character, purpose, and authenticity. It's only when you understand who you are, not who the world thinks you are, that you're ready to make a difference in life.

I use multiple types of therapy techniques based on the needs you have to assist you in this walk and journey of self-healing.
