About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and I have worked as a counselor for nine years. I hold both a Master’s and a Specialist degree of Education in Professional Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor. I have worked as a counselor within the community, as well as in school settings; I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I have worked with clients with a variety of needs and specialize in working with those experiencing self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship issues, as well as with family conflict and parenting issues.
I work to facilitate a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental counseling relationship rooted in humanistic, Client-Centered Therapy. I also utilize Solution-Focused and Reality Therapy techniques as is appropriate within my therapeutic practice. I also enjoy integrating expressive and mindfulness techniques within my counseling practice.
I will work with you to develop treatment goals that address your specific desires for change. I will foster a creative and collaborative dialogue, with attention to your individual needs.
I look forward to working with you and accompanying you on this journey.
