I appreciate you taking the time and consideration to utilize my services as your provider for Therapy/ Counseling Services. As a provider, I take the approach of triage, assessment, treatment plan, and therapy in that order. I provide several treatment modality approaches that work best for the client. I have served in the roles of outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospital, Inpatient, and Residential therapist, as well as group and family therapist. I have twenty-plus years of experience in the mental health field. I utilize that experience as I currently provide services individualized to each client's individualized identified treatment plan. Treatment modalities that I have utilized in the past time are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Systems Approach, among others. These modalities will be used based on identified individual needs and clinical factors identified by me as the Provider. My work and career training include triage, treatment plan, case management, crisis assessment, and crisis intervention also. My overall goal as your assigned provider is to work together with you as the client to identify presenting symptoms, identify your goals for treatment, and work effectively and efficiently as provider and client towards those measurable goals.
