As a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas, I bring eight years of valuable experience as a school counselor, working extensively with children aged 4-10 and their families. Additionally, I have three years of experience with Find A Therapist and my private practice.

My expertise lies in assisting individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem challenges, and grief. Being the spouse of a first responder, I am particularly passionate about supporting those navigating the unique challenges often associated with such professions.
