I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing in the state of Missouri for over 4 years. I graduated with my Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology at Avila University. I completed my internship at the Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assaults and at Crittenton Children’s Center. I am currently a therapist at a private practice. Additionally, I am certified trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My competency focus is with individuals who have experienced mild to severe levels of trauma with a single diagnosis to comorbid diagnoses, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder , Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Bipolar 1 Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Borderline Disorder, Major DepressiveDisorder, Eating Disorders, Attention Hyperactive Deficit Disorder ,Schizophrenia, Paranoid Personality Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I work with children between the ages of 5-12 years old, adolescents between the ages of 13-18 years old, and all adults.

As an endlessly evolving Licensed Professional Counselor, I have gained knowledge learning about a variety of cultures throughout our nation and world. I have learned from some of the leading experts in the field of psychology, such as Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk, Peter Levine, and Frank Anderson. I hope to continue to evolve as a clinician and a human being. Lastly, I hope to learn from my clients to serve them the best I can in their journey.
