When these challenges negatively impact your life, these feelings of hopelessness, doubt, and anger become amplified. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006, with over twenty years of experience in Individual, Child, and Family Counseling, I am equipped to assist you through the myriad of life challenges. I will help restore hope, confidence, and peace back into your life using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Structural Family Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Treatment. The usage of mediation and breath work are also keys skills that I teach and empower my clients to use to manage stressors, moment by moment. Further, I focus not only on the person as a whole, in addition to those systems that are interacting with their lives, including their family, spouse, children, and peers. My is strength is focusing on one's innate resilience and ability to manage one's life, with the assistance of my professional expertise.
