Hey there future Therapeutically Beautiful individual! My name is Alicia-Ann Samuel, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of FL as well as a National Certified Counselor temporarily licensed to practice in New Jersey. Stress and change are inevitable! This rollercoaster called life that you are on will be ( if not already) filled with many ups and downs experiences that can ultimately cause some form of chaos within your world. The mission and vision of Therapeutically Beautiful is to help you find the beauty amidst your chaos. Through the formation of a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client, willingness and commitment, exploration of current and past stressors and the strengthening of coping and mindfulness strategies, I am here to help you become therapeutically beautiful!

My starting therapeutic approach with all of my Therapeutically Beautiful client is to begin with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as I strongly believe that how we perceive things, affects how we feel and act. With that said, I know that no one approach fits the needs of all clients. From there, I utilize other approaches such as grief, trauma, solution-focused, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy depending upon your presenting challenges to make your treatment goals tailored for you. I have years of experiencing with working with individuals who are experiencing: grief/loss, family conflict, adverse childhood experiences, parenting challenges, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and post -partum depression.
