Hi! I'm Regina and I'm a licensed clinical social worker and certified well-being coach. I've been supporting clients through counseling and coaching for the past 12 years. I love working with people who are interested in understanding themselves better so they can keep doing what they love and feel energized, fulfilled, and inspired.

I believe you know yourself better than anyone else and I want to use that knowledge to help you. I practice from a strength-based and client-centered approach to highlight your internal resources and build from there. I help individuals with a variety of challenges including stress management, anxiety, compassion fatigue/burnout, grief, and trauma. My style is not prescriptive and incorporates a variety of clinical and coaching strategies to help meet your goals, draw out your purpose, and live a fulfilled life.

Changes and uncertainty can make it even more difficult to take the time and energy to attend to your own wellness. Now, more than ever, it's important to prioritize your mental health and you have taken an incredible first step.
