Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I have over 15 years of experience working in mental health with diverse clients who have a variety of concerns they bring to our relationship. Some of the typical issues that I have helped clients address are: depression, anxiety, mania, trauma, grief and loss. In addition, I have worked with clients who want to change their relationship with drugs or alcohol. Often because of the concerns that my clients bring up, I help people with life changes, career questions, self esteem, relationship issues, and compassion fatigue.

My approach to counseling is warm and inviting. I believe that you know yourself best and our relationship can help facilitate growth and change. I enjoy helping people identify their values and make changes that align with the things that are important to you. My approach is holistic, drawing from Adlerian and Attachment theories, while using Third Wave Cognitive interventions. I am able to tailor my approach in ways that will allow you to direct the goals we work on that target your unique set of circumstances.
