Hello! I am Rebecca Short, a Licensed Marriage & Family therapist in Georgia certified as a Clinical Telemental Health Provider Cert#141468. I have been practicing for over five years. I am particularly interested in helping those who are in key transition phases of their lives such as middle age, being a caregiver, and entering retirement. I also have a special connection with those experiencing grief, facing terminal illness, those involved in caregiving of family members, and those coping with chronic pain in their own lives, especially fibromyalgia.

My clients are courageous, brave, and determined to make meaning in their life. My clients are tired of hurting. They are looking for someone to accompany them on this journey who understands what it’s like to be in their shoes and honors that knowledge with empathy and respect.
