Hello! My name is Rebecca (Becky) King and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I hold a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling. As a former educator, I have extensive experience working with parents and educators alike. My passion is empowering individuals to live a fulfilled life by equipping them with the skills they can utilize in times of stress.

My goal is to promote the positive development and growth of individuals desiring to better handle life stressors, lead a more fulfilled life, or manage their anxiety and depression. Clients can expect to feel accepted and welcomed, as I view the therapeutic relationship as a critical piece of therapy. Through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, I aim to provide clients with a toolbox of skills that will allow them to reach their therapeutic goals.
