I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ga with with nine years direct experience providing therapeutic services in both inpatient and outpatient environments. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, thought disorders (such as Schizophrenia), mood disorders (such as Bipolar), trauma, and substance abuse.
My goal is to align myself with my client's goals and walk alongside of my client on their journey. I utilize an person-centered approach incorporating primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solutions Based Theory with feelings work to aide clients to work towards goals and process events and feelings. I work with each client to build an individual treatment plan that focuses on needs & wants.
