I am a family and clinical social worker licensed in Ohio with over nine years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, caregiving fatigue, chronic illness, intimacy concerns, and low self-esteem.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe you are the expert in your life experience, and will work together with you to develop goals and strategies to improve your overall quality of life. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and strengths based approaches. I rely heavily on mindfulness based stress reduction strategies strengthen the work you do in and outside of sessions.
