I have over 19 years of behavioral health experience. I am here to assist you in identifying and navigating your needs. Together we will partner to find a resolution to your issues. I will ensure a safe place to open up and share. I am here to support you and counsel you with compassion. I will assist you in getting your thoughts out of your head and out into the atmosphere so that we can visualize them and develop a plan to resolve them. All that means is that I help you on your terms and deal with issues that have you stuck. The significant part about this is that you are not alone. I am thrilled that you have decided to reach out for help. My number one goal is to assist you in resolving challenges and areas of concern that you may face. I am concerned about you and the issues that affect you. I have a Christian focus but not a religious bias.
