I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. I have 23 years of experience counseling clients with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral problems, family relationship problems and life transitions. I have experience with children, adolescents and adults. My counseling style is empathic, warm and openly accepting. My approach is client centered and cognitive behavioral. I guide and empower my clients to set and accomplish meaningful, obtainable goals for therapy. I believe that everyone is capable of change with motivation and solid therapeutic guidance. I respect my clients and help them obtain self-respect. Together we will tailor your unique treatment plan with you, the client, directing the process.

It can be difficult to take that first step toward change by reaching out for help. I help clients feel at ease and comfortable with their decision to engage in therapy.
