Congratulations on taking your first step towards starting therapy! I know how much courage it takes to reach out and I hope I can be helpful in your journey or help connect you with someone who can best support you!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in both Massachusetts and South Carolina. I graduated with my Master's in Social Work from Boston College and have several years of experience working in residential homes, community based-mental health settings, partial hospital programs and emergency psychiatric services. In our work together, I draw on skills and techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I incorporate practical strategies such as mindfulness and breathing techniques and help you understand how your nervous system is responding to your environment so that you can adjust and create new patterns. I particularly work with people experiencing depression, stress, life transitions, anxiety, and grief/loss. If you are continuing therapy, or just starting it, I will meet you where you are at and together we will explore the path forward.
