I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who doesn’t believe in compartmentalizing our mental health but sees you as a whole person with complexities that all need attention and care. I view therapy as a unique space to experience the safety of being seen and accepted as you are in order to heal and grow into who you were meant to be. It is a privilege that I feel honored to be able to do with each individual that is brave enough to enter that space. As a therapist I have learned and practiced many techniques in order to meet the needs of a diverse client population. EMDR is a treatment technique in which I am specifically trained and I have witnessed astonishing results when treating trauma based symptoms.
