Welcome! I am so glad that you are taking the time to seek counseling. As a therapist with over 15 years of experience, I can say that there is absolutely hope for what you are struggling through. I believe wholeheartedly in the therapeutic process and I find such joy in coming alongside clients as they take this journey.

My approach is person centered and solution based. My goal is to help you find the best course of action for where you are and to walk beside you as you pursue that process. I believe in identifying areas that you are succeeding in and increasing these areas. While a therapy timeline looks different for everyone, I realize that your time and resources are valuable. I want to make the most of that time.

Some areas that I have experience in treating are current and past trauma, relationships, family struggles, parenting, and attachment.

Personally, I have spent time in many other cultures and lived internationally. I enjoy working with clients who have a diverse background. I am a parent, through biology and adoption, and have been married for almost 18 years. I like being outside, kayaking, taking walks, reading, and trying new adventures with my family.
