Hi! I'm so happy you've taken these steps to prioritize your self care by joining me here. A teeny bit about myself, I'm from Kansas City. I got my undergrad in Psychology from University of Missouri Kansas City and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Avila University also in KC. I take an eclectic approach to therapy using a few different key evidence-based therapy models depending on what your presenting concerns are. I like to work with you to figure out what your goals are and then I work from there. I specialize in treating Borderline Personality Disorder and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
