I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of New York, accustomed to providing a safe and professional environment with the utmost confidentiality and care. I am eager to incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques in order to fit your own specific needs as my client. Together, we can work to set appropriate goals, attainable at your own pace, to help you create a better sense of self-awareness in your life and interpersonal relationships. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, marital issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, and much more. I enjoy working from a relational perspective as I feel there is much to be learned within the interpersonal relationships of my clients. Additionally, I believe that educating myself on cultural and ethnic backgrounds, as well as family of origin, shed light on several key facets in the lives of my clients.
