Hello! My name is Quoqueze (pronounced "Kwo-queez) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. First, I'd like to thank you for reaching out to us here at Find A Therapist and asking for the support you really need right now. This is an action that demonstrates intention, courage, self-love, and a healthy dose of optimism that there is hope to help you meet your ultimate goal of feeling better about yourself and your life in very specific areas. That's always a big move that I think is worthy of recognition. Second, I have good news for you. You chose the right place because I am happy to meet you where you are to help you accomplish that goal. I can definitely help you sort through the problems you've identified and formulate a helpful plan of action to help you reach your goal. From me you can expect to be treated with dignity and respect, compassion, warmth, and empathy. There's no judgment here, just a safe space to share, be heard, develop new insight, and improve your skills to manage the things that life is throwing your way right now. I have an evidence based, integrative approach to treatment, which may include use cognitive behavioral interventions, solution-focused therapy, existential therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness just to name a few. The most important thing to remember though is that this is partnership between you and I. And, YOU are the expert on YOU.
