Hi there, I am Phoebe. I am an EMDR-trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I believe that each of us is an expert in our lives. My goal in therapy is to support people in finding meaning and purpose in their lives by providing a safe space where each individual can heal and grow. I like to work collaboratively with my clients by using strength-based, attachment focus and client-centered approaches to achieve their individual goals in life. I use an integrative approach from several therapeutic modalities to meet the individual needs of my clients. I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) in working with individuals who have experienced various types of trauma. Whether you are dealing with work stress, relationship challenges or cycles of anxiety and depression, I am here to help. Collaboratively, we can work together to improve insights to create lasting changes through self-awareness to improve overall well-being and meaningful relationships.
