Hello, my name is Chiungwen Ku. Are you struggling with feelings of being overwhelmed, depression, anxiety, inferiority, or loneliness? I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) approaches in most of my interactions, but I generally integrate ideas and strategies from several therapy models depending on your needs and circumstances. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, managing problematic emotions, thoughts, or behaviors, improving self-esteem, finding motivation to do things, having intergenerational or cross-cultural challenges, or unresolved issues from the past, you are not alone.
