I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of counseling experience. I specialize in individual, family, couples therapy helping clients heal from past traumas and addictions while achieving a positive sense of self identity. Each of us walks our own path/journey and no two are alike. I work from a holistic approach to develop the best course of treatment for your personal needs. What is your approach to therapy? I strive to assist and help aid the healing process through a compassionate, non-judgemental, strength-based, person- centered approach. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to help identify and overcome various obstacles in your life. Allow me to provide a safe and compassionate place for us to collaborate together to address your needs and concerns. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Therapy is one of the biggest, rewarding investments you can make in yourself. I approach therapy with flexibility, compassion, empathy, and a focus on unity. You can expect to leave sessions feeling understood and empowered, with the tools you’ll need to move forward in your journey. Just know you are not alone! I am welcoming of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds and look forward to walking this journey with you.
