I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of counseling experience. I specialize in individual, family, couples therapy helping clients heal from past traumas and addictions while achieving a positive sense of self identity. Each of us walks our own path/journey and no two are alike. I work from a holistic approach to develop the best course of treatment for your personal needs. What is your approach to therapy? I strive to assist and help aid the healing process through a compassionate, non-judgemental, strength-based, person- centered approach. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to help identify and overcome various obstacles in your life.
