Hello, my name is Peter and I provide general purpose mental health counseling. My goal is to help you restore emotional control of your life. I believe in a Client Centered approach to counseling where you are in charge. We build upon your strengths and I offer suggestions for your growth and change. I listen to you, provide feedback, assist you in designing a treatment plan, and be your support throughout the process. I employ evidence based counseling methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness based exercises. I have specialized expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), working with seniors, and spiritual/religious issues.
