When you experience trauma or life stressors, it is common for many different feelings to arise. My greatest passion is bringing healing and realization to clients who have experience trauma and life stressors. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. No single approach may be right for every individual but I work hard to ensure there is improvement.
