I want to help individuals take control of the ups and downs that life throws them. If you have depression, anxiety, or are coping with the loss of a loved one or coping with a chronic illness, please consider scheduling a counseling session with me. I help clients adjust and cope with everyday stress and life events. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. Counseling sessions will consist of identifying problem areas, talking through them, and making a treatment plan accordingly. My goal is to help you through challenges to ultimately make a positive impact on your life. It takes courage to reach out for help. You have already taken the first big step!
